In my  mind, what i want to tell the Nation Sports Commission(NSC) is that, there have to Buy foreign  Cochin, and make the Second a Foreigner, there should assign it as a project to them, reason is that if you buy a foreign Cochin and put a Nigerian man as the second, " the Nigeria man will redirect the intelligent of the foreign".
