High Speed Internet Access

Bringing the internet directly to your 3G mobile phone, at the fastest speed ever!
With Glo Mobile’s high speed internet access on the mobile services, you can now browse the World Wide Web directly on their handsets’ browser or laptop (with a 3G data card) within the Glo 3G coverage area at speeds of up to 3.6Mbps.
Once you are in a Glo 3G plus coverage area you will be able to browse at 3G speeds, if you then move to a 2.5G coverage area, you will still continue to browse, though at a reduced speed using Glo’s extensive GPRS coverage.

Video calling

Make and receive video calls to and from other 3G users. See who you’re talking to in real time!
Also known as “videophone”, this update service enables two people with 3G videophones to talk to each other while viewing real-time 2-way live video across the line. With this service, you can share visual moments in real time.
Making a video call is straight-forward. Simply dial the recipients’ number then select the video call option on the device. Either use the hands-free kit for the device or turn on the speaker phone. Please note: Service is only available within 3G coverage area and can only be used when both caller and recipient are within the 3G coverage area.

Video On Demand is an exciting service that allows you to stream movie clips, sporting moments, jokes and cartoons on your 3G phone anywhere within the Glo coverage area. The Video on Demand bouquet will be continuously updated to keep you entertained.
The following are just examples of some of the great contents that will be available:
