There are several scholarship options for Nigerian students.
PTDFThe Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) Overseas Scholarship Scheme. Their mission is to train Nigerians to qualify as graduates, professionals, technicians and craftsmen in the field of engineering, geology, science and management in the oil and gas industry in Nigeria or abroad for MSc and PhD scholarships.
