ENJOY YOUR Z10BLACKBERRY PHONE WITH THE FOLLOWING STEPS

1. When you put an MTNN Micro SIM in your Blackberry Z10 device for the first time, set up the device, choose, and activate a BB10 bundle.
2. The regular BIS subscription works with the BlackBerry Z10 phone however, for best experience; you are advised to subscribe to the BB Z10 plan to enjoy the unlimited BBM benefit.
3. If you still have an existing BIS or BES at the time of switching to a BlackBerry Z10 phone, you will still have access to all Blackberry services.
4. When your BB 10 data plan is exhausted before the expiry date you will continue to enjoy uninterrupted BBM chat service until your current plan expires.
5. To check your data bundle balance simply text ¿Status¿ to 21600
6. You can purchase a new bundle by simply texting the migration code for the plan to 131.
7. If you do not wish to subscribe to a BB10 plan, you will have access to all BB10 services via MTN¿s regular data plans as well as on pay-as-you-go basis @ 5K/second.
8. If I am not on the right APN, You would incur additional charges as you would be charged out of bundle.
9. To access the APN on a BlackBerry Z10 device simply go to: Settings then click on Network Connections: select Mobile Network from the drop down and the select APN.
10. You would have to update your device to the OS Version 10.0.10. Some apps such as WhatsApp need an OS version 10.0.10.XX as a minimum requirement before you can download from BlackBerry World. The BlackBerry Z10 comes with 10.0.9.XXXX as a default OS Version
