Breaking News President, Obama to Meet Soon

Barack Obama
News on Top following the deliberate snub of Nigeria during his three-nation visit in Africa last June, there are indications that United States President, Barack Obama, may soon meet President Goodluck Jonathan to discuss matters of mutual interest to both countries.
US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs, Wendy Sherman, who met with Jonathan at the State House yesterday, disclosed the likelihood of the two leaders meeting but did not give details on when and where the meeting would take place.
Sherman, who is leading a delegation to the US-Nigeria Bi-national Commission meeting, said: "Our presidents will likely meet soon. I will leave that announcement to the President of the United States and the President of Nigeria."
"I have given him a letter from President Barak Obama and he was gracious enough to accept it and we look forward to working further on the basis of the letter," he added.
Noting that "Nigeria is a very important country, not only here on the continent but around the world", having served on the Security Council of the UN "and it is likely to do so again in future", he indicated that all these, in addition to its leadership role in the Committee on Democracy and peacekeeping within the ECOWAS, it is a partnership that is important to us.
"Secretary Kerry had a meeting with President Jonathan in Addis Ababa at the AU summit and so we look

Breaking news, Read each other torrid passages from erotic books

A GUY'S GUT REACTION: You know there's free porn online, right?
WHY IT'S NOT THAT SEXY: These days, the average guy has spent most of his life immersed in what's become a highly sexualized culture. From hardcore porn to the lingerie ad at the bus stop, we're constantly being hit over the head with sex. The effect is that it's dulled our senses. We don't want to read a bedtime story—we want to engage in the story ourselves. But talking dirty to each other? That's a win.
So here's the thing: Guys don't require fancy moves or costumes to get turned on. We're simple creatures with simple needs. We like gestures that show us you care, and we like it when a girl has a vibrant life outside the relationship. When I met my wife, I thought it was sexy that she would stay out till 4 a.m. drinking bourbon at a dive bar. My friend Afshin, 24, says, "One time a girl woke me up with a massage, and it was awesome." Chad, 27, says, "I love how my girlfriend keeps my favorite snacks at her place." Now that's hot.

Breaking news, Buy a super-pricey, super-vampy little lingerie number for his eyes only

A GUY'S GUT REACTION: The only time a guy notices lingerie is when it's hard to take off.
WHY IT'S NOT THAT SEXY: Sexy lingerie is kind of a nonstarter. If it makes you feel sexy, great. Go for it. But if you're wearing it to turn a guy on, just know it doesn't do as much for us as you might think. The one hot thing about lingerie is the mystery of what's underneath. But as Will, 40, says, "If I already know what's under there, then what's the point?"

Great hint Make love in front of a mirror so you can see every erotic angle of each other's bodies

A GUY'S GUT REACTION: It's the nonerotic angles we're afraid of.
WHY IT'S NOT THAT SEXY: Maybe a guy in amazing shape wouldn't dread this tip quite as much as I do. But even my athletic friend, Brad, 25, says, "I'm not crazy about it. It seems distracting." When you're scrutinizing every bit of action unfolding in the mirror, you'll likely see some seriously nonsexy angles. Unless you've both discussed and agreed to it or it's 1977 and a mirror is hanging on the ceiling above your guy's water bed, forget the whole reflection thing. It's too hard to get lost in the moment when you're watching what your butt looks like in every position.

Great hint Does romance create better sex?

sexy guy biting ear
Does romance create better sex? Desire leads to the best sex. Desire for that person, desire for the experience, and feeling the desire of someone else for you. Want is such an important ingredient! Romance coupled with desire can lead to great sex, but not all good sex is romantic. Sometimes it's raw, and that's exciting in its own way.

If you do hook up and it's great, won't you want to date each other?

Hookup culture asks you to walk away like you don't care about seeing him again—without knowing the guy's name if you can manage it. Being successful at hooking up means that you have to be good at having sex you don't care about.

So what's the problem with hooking up With a Girl?

About sex and relationship Hint on top Many people are good at having fun, fulfilling hookups. The problem is, many young women feel like that kind of sex is their only option. If they want to go on dates and get to know someone first, they should be able to do that too. So many students tell me that they have never been on a date while at college and have no idea how to approach someone they are interested in sober.

Storng hint Great Relationship but Sucky Sex?

When he makes you happy in a zillion other ways, it can be tempting to convince yourself that being unsatisfied in bed really isn't that big a deal.
But we're here to tell you that hell yes, it is.
"In a relationship, you need to have that sexual component to maintain intimacy and a connection and keep the romantic chemistry going," says psychiatrist Gail Saltz, author of The Ripple Effect: How Better Sex

Breaking News Good Health with diet

Good Food........Good Health which contained all diet
On this note, Apart from breast-milk, no single food contains all the essential nutrients the body needs to be healthy and function efficiently. The nutritional value of a person's diet depends on the overall balance of foods that is eaten over a period of time, as well as on the needs of the individual. A healthy diet is likely to include a large number or variety of foods, from each of the food groups, as this allows us to get all the nutrients that we need.
We need energy (calories or kilojoules) to live and this is provided by the carbohydrate, protein and fat in our diets (as well as alcohol). But the balance between these nutrients must be right for us to remain healthy. Getting the right amounts of vitamins, minerals, dietary fibre and water is also important for health.
So, what becomes as important as the type of foods we eat, is how often and how much we include different foods and drinks in our diet. All foods and drinks can be part of a healthy diet, so you don’t have to give up the things that are a real treat, as the key message is that it is the overall balance of foods and drinks that is important for health.

Breaking News, A healthy varied diet on Foods and drinks high in fat and/or sugar

Breaking News, A healthy varied diet on Foods and drinks high in fat and/or sugar

Foods and drinks high in fat and/or sugarFoods and drinks high in fat and/or sugar
What counts?
The following foods are high in fat:
  • Margarine, butter and other spreading fats and reduced fat spreads
  • Cooking oils and oil-based salad dressings
  • Mayonnaise
  • Cream
  • Fried foods including fried chips
  • Most chocolate, some crisps and biscuits
  • Pastries, cake, puddings and ice-cream
  • Rich sauces and gravies
The following foods are high in sugar:
  • Soft drinks (not diet drinks)
  • Sweets
  • Jam
  • Sugar, honey
  • Cakes, puddings, biscuits, pastries and ice-cream.
How much should you eat?
Most of us should EAT LESS!
Foods in this group should be used sparingly if they are eaten every day (such as butter and spreads) or not eaten too often (such as sweets and some crisps).
It is essential to have a small amount of fat in the diet, but remember that foods containing a lot of fat can be high in calories. Foods containing high amounts of saturated fat, such as some foods of animal origin, cakes, biscuits and pastries, should only be eaten in small amounts.
There are two types of essential fats, which must be supplied by the diet in small amounts: omega-3 fatty acids (found in oily fish but also present in smaller amounts in food such as walnuts, omega-3 enriched eggs, and rapeseed and soya oil) and omega-6 fatty acids (found in vegetable oils such as sunflower, corn and soya oil and spreads made from these).
Sugar adds flavour and sweetness to foods, but frequent consumption of sugar-containing foods and drinks is associated with an increased tendency towards tooth decay especially in those with poor dental hygiene.
Healthy eating tips
  • Where fat is needed in cooking use it sparingly.
  • Check labels and choose reduced fat or reduced sugar foods where possible.
  • Limit the amount of saturated fat in your diet by choosing lean meat and choosing lower fat dairy products.
  • Choose fats and oils containing monounsaturates (e.g. olive and rapeseed oils) and polyunsaturates (e.g. sunflower, corn, soya and rapeseed oils) instead of lard or butter.
  • Try to limit consumption of sugar-containing foods and drinks between meals.
  • Why not try diluting fruit juice with some sparkling water instead of a can of soft drink?
  • If you’re craving something sweet go for a currant bun or scone instead of cakes or biscuits
  • Rather than spreading jam, marmalade, syrup or honey on your toast, try a reduced fat spread, sliced banana, or low-fat cream cheese.
  • Choose cans of fruit in juice rather than fruit in syrup.

Fruit and vegetables should make up about a third of the food you eat each day. Choose a wide variety and aim to eat at least 5 different portions a day.

Base a third of your food intake on foods from this group, aiming to include at least one food from this group at each meal (e.g. potatoes with fish and vegetables; a chicken salad sandwich; stir-fried vegetables with rice; porridge oats or wholegrain cereal for breakfast).
Although it is often suggested that starchy foods are fattening in fact, gram for gram, carbohydrate contains less than half the calories of fat. It is often the fatty things that are added to starchy foods, such as butter or
